Cefuroxime + Clavulanic Acid is a salt used in tablets called Ctrox -CV manufactured by Servocare Life Science. The medication belongs to the group of antibiotics that specializes in the treatment of several bacterial infections. It helps in curing, any diseases caused by bacteria such as pharyngitis/tonsillitis commonly called throat infections, otitis media generally termed as ear infections, sinusitis-infection of the sinuses, gonorrhea is a sexually transmitted disease, Lyme disease, septicemia which is a bloodstream infection, meningitis which is an inflammation of the brain and spinal cord, lower respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract, bone, and joint infections. 

The use of the Cefuroxime + Clavulanic Acid Tablets must only be for the treatment of bacterial infections only and not for the infections caused by the viruses. The tablet is a combination of two antibiotics namely, Cefuroxime and Clavulanic Acid.
